Enriching to succeed

Our main focus at Learning Hive Christian Academy is to harness and celebrate the individuality of each child. Every child is uniquely talented, however many of them struggle to succeed academically due to the cookie-cutter teaching and learning approach used in most schools. At Learning Hive Christian Academy, we believe each child is unique with their own style of learning, and we strive to accommodate each of those individual needs.

International Curriculum

Using the national curriculum of England allows us to assess our students with the Cambridge International Examination. Adopting the Singapore Math approach makes mathematics exciting for our students.

· Arrival Time/ Handwriting Practice: 7:00am – 7:45am

· Whole school assembly on Mondays at 7:45 a.m

· Lesson starts at 8:00 a.m

· Snack Time- 10:00 a.m

· Lunch Time- 12:30 p.m

· Pick-up Time- 3:00 p.m

· Wednesday Worship- 7:30 a.m – 8:30 a.m.

Important Dates

Our school calendar has a 10-month Academic Programme and a one-month Summer School Programme.
Our calendar dates for the 2023/2024 school year are as follows:

Term One: Wednesday, September 7, 2023, – Friday, December 16, 2023

Term Two: Wednesday, January 9, 2024, to Wednesday, March 22, 2024

Term Three: Tuesday, April 8, 2024; Friday, June 28, 2024.

Summer School: Monday, July 8th, 2024 – Friday, August 1st, 2024

The 2024–2025 academic year begins on September 9, 2024.
